62-year-old Rocky star, Sly Stallone, showed off his ultra-ripped, tattooed physique during filming on his latest movie The Expendables.
In the upcoming film, Stallone is teaming up with Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Forest Whitaker and recent Golden Globe winner Mickey Rourke. The super-powered roster of action stars has many fans salivating at what could be the best action movie ever made.
The film focuses on the story of a group of mercenaries who travel to some far-away land to overthrow a dictator. The Expendables is scheduled to begin principal photography in March, with a release date set tentatively for 2010. However, by the looks of this photo and the reaction it has got so far, it’s probably safe to say that fans will be hearing more of this Stallone production.
Stallone tells Time magazine “HGH is nothing. Anyone who calls it a steroid is grossly misinformed.” He says for him, testosterone is “so important for a sense of well-being when you get older. He suggests everyone over 40 years old would be wise to investigate it because it increases the quality of your life.”
Stallone, who’s 61, predicts “in 10 years it will be over the counter.”

Did Stallone hook up with Doc Brown to go back in time and kidnap himself circa 1985?
Stallone looks pretty solid… form what I saw of Dolph Lundgren on his new flick… he appears to be bulking up too. I will post a trailer this weekend.
HGH is NOT like roids. The body produces it naturally, but as you age it produces less. That is why young guys don’t take it, because they are already producing a ton of it, and there is only so much your body can use. It promotes the body to repair itself, and yes, causes a guys balls to produce more testosterone if they already arent. It’s not like taking roids which takes the job of your balls (makes them shrink because they arent needed) and gives you an unnatural amount of testosterone. If older women are given HGH they don’t get “huge” or grow a beard, they become more youthful and feminine. It tries to push a person’s body back to what it was like when it was in it’s prime. Stallone probably has the same amount of HGH in his system after injecting that the average 14 year old skinny nerd has.
Does HGH make one prone to spontaneous, angry outbursts?
Ugh! I think he looks scary. He’s as wrinkly as a Sharpei around his middle and chest area! Mickey Roarke looks the exact same way. Can’t they do this without looking unnatural – maybe through regular diet and exercise? They just look scary too me, as if my grandfather decided to take the stuff ! Maybe, they could keep their shirts on even – why do they all need to walk around like that. If you can act you shouldn’t need to. Use your acting ability. Jason Stratman is at least young enough to look that way, so is Jet Li. Everyone else, should just let the younger sex symbols have at it. I really don’t forsee my mother or grandmother going to see this just to see these older guys with their shirts off. As for us younger girls, I hope no one is going to see 60 year old men with their shirts off. I know you guys aren’t. So why did the other 3 old men bother? They could wear shirts for god’s sake. My grandfather is 66! Hire a few other younger guys to act with you in the movie. Maybe the Rock, or Hugh Jackman. Their pretty big. They can take their shirts off with Stratman and Jet Li. Jesh Stalone, Lundgrun and Roarke just need to stop. Well Mickey is only 52 years old – He probably still looks great. He didn’t look gross in the Wrestler. However the other 2 are in their 60′s, they need to realize that they need to “act” not try to be beefcake.
Personally, I am not looking forward to the shirtless dudes… just the karate kicking, arm snapping, neck cracking, bullet tossing, explosive good time that it could provide. I am sure a lot of work goes into it for those guys as it seems most of them need to be in top shape to pull off the stunts in the film.
