Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst Pays Homage To Michael Jackson

durst_jacksonLimp Bizkit’s Fred Durst has issued the following statement regarding the passing of Michael Jackson:

“On this tour I have been paying tribute to [Michael Jackson] by wearing his ‘Beat It’ jacket and rhinestone glove. The irony and timing is shocking. I am very sad. He was truly brilliant and the reason why I love to dance.”

Limp Bizkit will soon bring the only performance in the US of their “Unicorns N’ Rainbows” tour to Mandalay Bay Beach on Friday, July 10th to perform in their first North American concert in eight years as a part of the UFC 100 weekend. The multi-platinum-selling group has picked the perfect time to return to North American stages, and you can be sure that once their hits “Break Stuff”, “Rollin’” and “My Way” start blasting through the speakers, you’ll have all the adrenaline you need for UFC 100 the next night on Saturday, July 11th.

oh gramps, such a shameless poser who’ll do ANYTHING to drum up publicity in order to feel relevant. Right up there with Corey Feldman in exploiting a legends death. Only difference is people care about Feldman…sort of.
