A new character poster for Paramount Pictures’ G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra has hit the internet. The poster features “Scarlett” who is played by Rachel Nichols. G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra is set to hit theaters on August 7, 2009.

The film stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Byung Hun Lee, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Ray Park, Said Taghmaoui, Channing Tatum, Marlon Wayans and Dennis Quaid.
