Michael J. Fox Recreates ‘Back To The Future’ Teaser Trailer For 2010 Scream Awards

It’s is hard to believe that it has been 25 years the release of one of sci-fi’s greatest films, ‘Back To The Future’. To celebrate that milestone, Michael J. Fox recently recreated the teaser trailer for the original film to help promote the 2010 Scream Awards on Spike. The 2010 Scream Awards are set to air on October 19 at 9pm on Spike TV. The event will feature a ‘Back To The Future’ reunion which includes Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson and Elisabeth Shue. Check it out the trailer below and be sure to tune into the big event!

In related ‘Back To The Future’ news, AMC Theatres will be hosting special screenings of Robert Zemeckis’ Back to the Future to mark the film’s 25th anniversary.

AMC is presenting the digitally remastered film for special screenings on Saturday October 23rd at 12:30PM and Monday October 25th at 7:00PM on 158 screens in over 40 cities… exactly 25 years since the night Marty McFly traveled back in time!

Additionally, all guests will receive a full-sized poster commemorating the 25th anniversary limited release of the movie with their ticket purchase, while supplies last. Also, each theatre will also have special movie-related giveaways prior to the movie. Click here to go buy your tickets.

The Back To The Future trilogy will debut on Blu-ray on October 25, Universal Pictures International Entertainment has announced. The discs will feature a six-part retrospective documentary made up of new interviews with stars Fox, Lloyd, Lea Thompson and filmmakers Robert Zemeckis, Bob Gale, Neil Canton and Steven Spielberg. Included are new feature commentary tracks from Gale and Canton, Q&A commentaries with Zemeckis and Gale, a Fox Q&A, 16 deleted scenes and a storyboard sequence showing the original scripted ending for the first movie, where Marty McFly heads to a nuclear test facility hoping that the explosion will send him back to 1985.

    Probably the favorite movie my childhood. And unlike a lot of crap from my childhood… I can rewatch it now and still enjoy it. Great movie.
