MADE IN AMERICA, the JAY-Z curated two-day music festival and staple of Labor Day Weekend, returns to Philadelphia for a seventh year. The event takes place Saturday, September 1st and Sunday, September 2nd, 2018.

Grammy Award®-winner Kanye West and Billboard chart-topping artist Iggy Azalea have been added to the 2014 Los Angeles “Budweiser Made In America” Music Festival line-up taking place at the Los Angeles Grand Park on August 30 and 31.  Kanye West will now headline both the Philadelphiaand Los Angeles “Budweiser Made In America” Music Festivals.  Kanye West and Iggy Azalea join previously announced Los Angeles headliners Imagine Dragons and John Mayer.

The “Budweiser Made In America” Music Festival also revealed today the daily line-up for the Philadelphia and Los Angeles versions for one of the country’s premier summer festivals. The “Budweiser Made In America” events will benefit United Way of Greater Los Angeles, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and United Way of Lancaster County. The two-day music festivals created by Budweiser and Live Nation will deliver must-see performances on both coasts with headliners Kanye West, Kings Of Leon, Tiësto and Pharrell in Philadelphia and Kanye West, Imagine Dragons and John Mayer in Los Angeles.  Daily line-ups for both festival locations are listed below.

Single-day tickets for both festivals will go on sale Friday, July 18 at www.livenation.com and through the Live Nation mobile app.  Single-day ticket prices are $89.50 for Philadelphia and $99.50 for Los Angeles.

Shawn “JAY Z” Carter, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino, Budweiser and United Way of Greater Los Angeles are bringing the spirit of “Budweiser Made In America,” to Los Angeles during the 2014 Labor Day weekend. The two-day music festival began in Philadelphia on Labor Day weekend 2012 to benefit United Way of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and United Way of Lancaster County, and this year will deliver twice the amount of music. Live Nation will produce both the Philadelphia and Los Angeles two-day music festivals, delivering must-see performances on both coasts. Details and lineups for both festival locations will be announced at a later date.

“Budweiser Made In America” will be the first American festival to run simultaneously on both coasts.Performances from both “Budweiser Made In America” sites will be available for fans to view with live-streaming.

With the addition of the west coast festival, JAY Z, Live Nation, Budweiser and United Way are committed to improving lives and strengthening local communities in Los Angeles County. United Way will invest the funds raised to ensure more people have the opportunity to reach their potential–through quality schools, good jobs and stable housing. The“Budweiser Made In America” Festival provides the perfect crescendo to summer and coincides with the culmination of “Summer of Success,” a multi-pronged approach by Mayor Garcetti to advance youth during the school break by providing them jobs, learning opportunities, and extended programming at City of Los Angeles parks and recreational facilities.

Budweiser, JAY Z and this festival embody the American spirit and enhance the ongoing partnership between the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, and the City of Los Angeles.

The Philadelphia site will benefit United Ways in Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and Lancaster County, Penn. The primary goal of this music festival is to have a positive impact on the communities involved. As a result, the money invested into these communities will positively impact the education, income and health of the most vulnerable and needy citizens in these regions.

As a result of last year’s “Budweiser Made In America” Festival, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey is investing $300,000 in education and talent development initiatives to enhance cradle-to-career education that ensures all students graduate high school college–and career-ready and equips individuals with the job skills and training they need to secure work that provides a family-sustaining income.

The festival also enabled United Way of Lancaster County to invest an additional $100,000 in programs and services that support learning success across the education continuum.

WHERE: The Los Angeles “Budweiser Made In America” Festival will take place on Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles.

As he did in 2012, JAY Z has curated an explosive roster of talent, which includes headliners Nine Inch Nails, Beyoncé as well as A$ap Rocky, Nero and Haim along with more than 30 others who represent excellence, artistry and the American spirit.  Performers will appear across three stages on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia’s Fairmont Park on Saturday, August 31and Sunday, September 1.

Spotify is the official digital music sponsor for the Budweiser Made in America Festival and will be presenting exclusive content and producing exclusive on-site activations.

The Budweiser Made In America Festival art features a work from the acclaimed American artist, Richard Prince.  The piece used is called “Untitled (The Velvets).”  It was created in 2007 and is collage and acrylic on canvas.

“HBO has a history of pushing every boundary with class and authenticity,” said Beyoncé. “Some of my favorite shows are on HBO, so I am excited that my film will be part of its bold programming. This film was so personal to me, it had to have the right home.”

The film is a multi-faceted portrait of the 16-time Grammy Award-winning singer, businesswoman, songwriter, actress, entrepreneur, wife and mother, showing off the extraordinary gifts that have made her a global phenomenon, and stripping away the veneer of stardom. It includes extensive first-person footage, some of it shot by Beyoncé on her laptop, in which she reflects on the realities of celebrity, the refuge she finds onstage and the transcendent joy of becoming a mother last year.

The film sheds light on her childhood in Houston, with home movies revealing the close bond she built with her family and charts the challenges Beyoncé felt when she decided to manage her career and build her own company, Parkwood Entertainment. It also captures the intense physical and emotional demands she goes through in the studio, preparing for live performances, running a business and her family life, including her return to the spotlight after the birth of her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, in January 2012. Beyoncé also serves as the film’s executive producer.

Budweiser in partnership with YouTube and Pandora announced its plan to deliver live webcasts and music streams of the inaugural Budweiser Made in America music festival.  The live streams on You Tube and Pandora can be accessed via youtube.com/BudMadeInAmericaor www.pandora.com/BudMadeInAmerica, on Saturday, Sept. 1 and Sunday, Sept. 2, from 2 to 11 p.m. ET.  Fans also can watch the live event from Philadelphia on YouTube’s mobile website.  This marks the first time Pandora has live streamed a music festival.

Shawn “JAY Z” Carter, Budweiser and United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey today confirmed additional award-winning artists who will join the previously announced talent for “Budweiser Made in America,” the two-day music festival in Philadelphia this Labor Day produced by Live Nation. It was also announced that single-day tickets will go on sale this Friday, August 3 at Noon and start at $75 per day.

The newly announced participants Drake, Chris Cornell, Run DMC, Jill Scott, Alesso, Gary Clark Jr, The Hives, Nicky Romero, DJ Shadow (DJ set), Otto Knows, Michael Woods and Burns will join Pearl Jam, Skrillex, Miike Snow, Passion Pit, Afrojack and many others across three stages on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on Saturday, Sept. 1, and Sunday, Sept. 2.

The exciting slate of talent cultivated by JAY Z includes an eclectic mix of acts ranging from rock, hip-hop, R&B, Latin and dance. Musical acts confirmed to perform in addition to JAY Z are Pearl Jam, Skrillex, Chris Cornell, Run DMC, Drake, Jill Scott, Afrojack, Calvin Harris, Maybach Music (feat. The festival in Philadelphia will culminate a summer of music parties in cities all across America, when Budweiser will invite its Facebook fans to experience talented local bands and artists. Budweiser, brewed across America, has a decades-long history of celebrating great American music.

This concert will benefit United Ways in Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, Lancaster County, PA. A primary goal of this music festival is to have a positive impact on the communities involved. MTV2 today announced that it is set to welcome hip-hop’s hottest MC to the legendary “Unplugged” stage with MTV2 Presents: Lil Wayne Unplugged.  As the world awaits his highly-anticipated ninth studio album, Tha Carter IV, Lil Wayne is the latest artist to perform on this Grammy® and Emmy® award winning Unplugged music series.  Featuring stripped down versions of his classics and more, MTV2 Presents: Lil Wayne Unplugged will premiere on Sunday, June 12th across MTV2, MTV and MTV.com at 9 PM ET / PT.
