The first official look at Josh Brolin as Jonah Hex, has hit the web via Bloody-Disgusting. The film stars Josh Brolin, John Malkovich and Megan Fox.

Directed by former Pixar animator Jimmy Hayward,’Jonah Hex’ (a DC Comics property) tells the story of a former alcoholic and confederate soldier (played by Josh Brolin) turned supernatural loner and gunslinger. The comic book was introduced in the 1970’s, created by writer John Albano and artist Tony DeZuniga, the character received his signature scar at the hands of Indians who placed a hot tomahawk to his face.

Megan Fox will play Leila, a gun-wielding beauty and love interest of Hex (Brolin), a scarred bounty hunter tracking a voodoo practitioner (Malkovich) who wants to raise an army of undead to liberate the South.

The movie slated to hit theaters on June 18, 2010.

As we reported last week, iconic director Steven Spielberg will be the guest editor for the 20th Anniversary issue of Empire magazine. 

The most exciting part of the issue may be a look back at one of the most beloved films of the 80s, The Goonies. The piece will feature interviews, exclusive photos with the cast and what their hopes are for the future of the franchise. The magazine is  hit newsstands on Thursday, April 23, 2009.

Now they have offered up some exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of the reunion of films stars!

Iconic director Steven Spielberg will be the guest editor for the 20th Anniversary issue of Empire magazine. Speielberg will be giving fans an exclusive first look at his upcoming film, The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn. Steven Moffat, Joe Cornish and Edgar Wright wrote the screenplay, based on Hergé’s massively popular books. The film is currently slated to hit theaters in 2011.

However, the most exciting part of the issue may be a look back at one of the most beloved films of the 80s, The Goonies.
