A full theatrical trailer for David Fincher’s The Social Network has hit the web.
The Social Network is based on the book, The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding of Facebook, a Tale of Sex, Money, Genius and Betrayal.
The script was penned by Aaron Sorkin (“The West Wing,” Charlie Wilson’s War) and stars Jesse Eisenberg (“Adventureland”, “Zombieland” ), Rashida Jones (“The Office”, “Parks and Recreation”) and Justin Timberlake.
The Social Network is scheduled to hit theaters on October 1, 2010.
It was recently revealed that Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor has been writing the soundtrack for the film alongside Atticus Ross, and said the pair were near the end of the process. This marks Reznor’s first foray into scoring a feature-length film, while Atticus Ross has recently provided the score for The Book of Eli.
