Tiny Danza are back! After winning first prize at the acclaimed International Indie Week competition, Tiny Danza inked their 3rd record deal in 8 years. But much like the Rhesus Monkeys of 1930s Long Island, Tiny Danza could not be caged. After taking two solitary years to master their craft, they have returned with all new material recorded in Los Angeles, where they teamed up with Jimmy Harry (P!nk, Kylie Minogue, Weezer).
Hailing from Toronto, Canada Tiny Danza has been featured The Beaches International Jazz Festival, NXNE, Canadian Music Week, Halifax Pop Explosion, Festival Envol et Macadam and after winning Indie Week Toronto, headlined Indie Week Ireland during the European leg of the festival in 2012.
Their hit single Beat Fly, from their first full length album “You Could Have It All…” has garnered them much critical acclaim internationally through features on Much Music, CBC Radio 3, Blind I For The Kids, and Whotune. It was featured on The Amazing Compilation alongside Colm Wilkinson, Natalie McMaster and Dan Hill of Blue Rodeo to raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. As well, the single was featured by Harmonix as a playable download on the popular game ROCKBAND for Xbox 360 and PS3.
They have been praised for their unique sound and great energy by their parents and numerous blogs such as Much Music, Trendland, Chicago Now, Indie Shuffle, Around in Sound, Future of Rap Music, From the Garage and Sidewalk Hustle.
