My Morning Jacket Announce First Ever Concert Live Stream and Download

My Morning Jacket and TourGigs are extremely excited to partner for the live stream of the Red Rocks Amphitheater performance from Morrison, Colorado on Friday August 14th, directed by award-winning director, Danny Clinch.

Of the live stream Danny said, “I’m so psyched to capture one of the greatest live bands ever, My Morning Jacket, at the gorgeous Red Rocks Amphitheater for a TourGigs’ live stream. I’ve been really fortunate to be around on many epic nights with this band, so why wouldn’t I be there with them this Friday to film at one of their favorite venues while they are really on fire.”

The HD multi-cam webcast kicks off at 8PM MT on and is available to stream globally for $12.99. For those who purchase the webcast, the performance will be viewable on a looped replay for 24 hours. In partnership with nugs.netTourGigs will also offer a $20.00 bundle that includes mp3 audio downloads of this show in addition to the live stream. The live downloads are produced and fulfilled by, the download provider for My Morning Jacket, with a catalog of live and studio releases (including The Waterfall) available in a variety of formats including CD-quality and hi-res 24-bit at LIVEMYMORNINGJACKET.COM.

My Morning Jacket released their seventh full-length album The Waterfall, via ATO/Capitol Records on May 4. It’s been called “monumental” by NPR, “epic” by the Washington Post, “the band’s most adventurous album in years” by Rolling Stone and one of the best albums of 2015 (so far) by Stereogum and Relix amongst others.

In support of the release, My Morning Jacket has embarked on a worldwide tour. Just a couple of weeks ago they were able to surprise fans with a secret performance at Newport Folk Festival which was followed by their joining the legendary Roger Waters on stage for his set. You can check out photos from the show on Roger Waters’ Facebook page.

My Morning Jacket is now very excited to share their live show with fans this Friday, August 14 at Red Rocks Amphitheater, one of their favorite places to play, via TourGigs.
