OZZFEST Set For Return In 2027 To Carry On Ozzy Osbourne’s Legacy

OZZFEST is coming back in 2027! The legendary hard rock and metal festival founded by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne has announced three stops in the UK, United States and Mexico, with Sharon curating the lineup for its next chapter.

Promoted by Live Nation, the return kicks off July 10 at The National Bowl in Milton Keynes, UK, before heading to Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California, on September 11. The festival will then make its first-ever appearance in Mexico on September 18 at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City. Full lineups will be announced in the coming months.

“Ozzy was the first to launch his own traveling metal festival,” says Sharon Osbourne, OZZFEST’s co-founder. “And Ozzfest will always remain an important part of Ozzy’s legacy.”

The announcement follows the 30th anniversary of the inaugural OZZFEST in 1996. The 2027 edition will mark the festival’s first return since its New Year’s Eve 2018 event at The Forum in Los Angeles, which featured Ozzy as headliner. It will also be the first OZZFEST since his passing and his historic 2025 farewell concert, “Back to the Beginning.”

For fans who spent their summers sweating through all-day bills of heavy music, OZZFEST holds a special place. Its return brings that history back to the stage while giving Sharon Osbourne an opportunity to carry the festival forward as part of Ozzy’s legacy.

OZZFEST 2027 dates:

  • July 10: Milton Keynes, UK • The National Bowl
  • September 11: San Bernardino, CA • Glen Helen Amphitheater
  • September 18: Mexico City, Mexico • Estadio GNP Seguros
